Sometimes logging in doesn't work as smoothly as it should. Here are a few common scenarios and their solutions:
I don't know my password
You can click on the "Forgot password?" link and have it sent to your email address
I have clicked on "Forgot password?," but I don't receive the reset email.
This is a common issue that we have been working with our system provider to resolve. If you are in this scenario, please contact Casey Lauderdale at email@example.com to have your password reset administratively.
I don't know my username
Try using your email address. If this doesn't work, please contact SVN staff to have your username reset (see above for contact information).
